Situated near the wooded hiking trail along the Gyeinguiseon Line in Yeonnam-dong, Seoul, CGV Yeonnam has been planned to give visitors the feeling they are going to a picnic in an urban park. It brings nearby “Yeontral Park” indoors with its use of soothing-yet-refreshing colors.

Another special feature at CGV Yeonnam is the screening hall, painted exclusively with products from Samhwa Paints’ Ansim Doctor series. The paint company signed an official partnership agreement with CGV in April to prepare this hall to the moviegoing public. It is found inside Hall 4 on the ninth floor of CGV Yeonnam.
With Ansim Doctor paints eliminating 99.9% of all viruses floating in the air, you will feel much safer sitting inside the theater for the entire duration of your favorite movie. The paints used in this hall have all been tested and certified for their antiviral function.
Ansim Doctor is the first-ever series of paints developed in Korea to eliminate 99.9% of airborne viruses caught on the painted surfaces. Tested and approved by the FITI Testing and Research Institute in Korea for their ability to eliminate Staphylococcus aureus and E. coli, the paints have also successfully completed antiviral tests run by the Ministry of Health and Welfare. Ansim Doctor was also the first series of paints in Korea to register a patent as eco-friendly water-based compounds with antiviral, antifungal, and easy-cleaning properties (Patent Reg.
